MergeEasy（以下简称“本应用”或“我们”）是一款提供的图片拼接与处理工具。我们非常重视您的隐私和个人信息保护。本隐私政策旨在帮助您了解我们在您使用本应用时如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息。

1. 我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息
我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，因此我们坚持 数据最小化 和 本地优先 的原则。
1.1 本地数据处理（核心功能）
本应用的核心功能是图片拼接、水印添加和PDF导出。所有您选择的图片、截图、以及生成的作品（拼接图、PDF文件），仅在您的设备本地进行处理和存储。我们 不会 将这些图片或文件上传至我们或任何第三方的服务器。
- 存储权限：当您选择相册中的图片进行拼接，或将生成的图片/PDF保存至本地相册/文件目录时，我们需要您授权 存储/相册权限。这些操作仅在您的设备本地完成。
- 相机权限：如果您选择使用相机直接拍摄图片进行拼接，我们需要您授权 相机权限。拍摄的照片仅用于本次拼接任务，不会上传。
1.2 广告服务与数据收集
为了向您提供免费、优质的服务，本应用集成了 Google AdMob 广告SDK。在您使用本应用时，该SDK可能会自动收集并使用以下类型的数据，以用于广告投放和效果评估：
- 设备信息：包括设备的广告标识符（iOS系统中的 IDFA）、设备型号、操作系统版本等。其中，广告标识符（IDFA）主要用于向您展示更相关的广告内容。
- 位置信息：SDK可能会收集您的 IP地址，并据此估算您设备所处的大致地理位置（如国家或城市），以实现区域性广告的精准投放。
- 使用数据与交互信息：包括应用启动记录、崩溃日志、您与广告的互动情况（如广告观看、点击）等，这些数据有助于我们和Google改进广告性能和用户体验。
重要说明：上述所有数据的收集和处理均由 Google AdMob SDK 完成，我们本身并不主动收集这些信息。我们已要求并核查Google提供的隐私清单，其数据收集行为符合Apple的相关规定。您可以在您的设备“设置”中管理广告跟踪权限。
1.3 非必要的设备信息收集
由于本应用的核心功能完全在本地运行，无需联网即可使用，我们原则上不会收集您的任何个人身份信息（如姓名、手机号、位置等）。
- 设备权限：为保障您作品的本地保存，我们会申请上述存储权限。在较新的Android/iOS系统上，我们可能会申请
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES 权限，以便您从相册中高效选择图片。
- 日志与崩溃信息：为了持续优化应用体验，我们可能会使用第三方工具（如友盟、Bugly等）收集匿名的应用崩溃日志和统计信息。此类信息 无法识别特定个人身份，且仅用于分析应用的性能问题。
2. 权限说明
为了提供特定服务，本应用需要调用您设备的部分权限。我们会在调用前向您弹窗说明并获取同意。您可随时在系统设置中关闭这些权限，但可能会影响相关功能的使用。
- 读取/写入存储：读取您设备中的图片进行拼接；将拼接好的图片或PDF保存到您的设备本地。

3. 订阅与购买信息
本应用提供自动续费的订阅服务（如月度/年度会员）以解锁高级功能。关于订阅的具体规则（自动续费、取消、免费试用等），请参阅我们的使用条款。
所有付款均由 Apple ID / Google Play 等应用商店平台安全处理，我们不会收集或存储您的信用卡号、银行账号、支付凭证等财务信息。
为向您提供订阅服务并支持恢复购买，我们会通过应用商店的官方接口验证您的购买凭证（receipt / 交易令牌），并处理以下 非财务 的购买信息：
- 订阅类型与状态：如月度/年度订阅、订阅是否有效及到期时间，用于判断您的高级功能权限；
- 交易标识符：如交易ID、订单号（基于设备随机生成的匿名标识符派生），用于防止重复下单并支持恢复购买；
- 购买记录：为保障您的权益，我们会在服务器上记录您的订阅及购买历史（不含任何财务信息）。
重要说明：上述购买信息仅用于向您提供订阅服务并保障您的账户权益，不会用于广告定向投放，也不会与任何第三方共享。即使您选择“要求App不跟踪”，也不会影响您已购买的订阅功能。
4. 第三方服务
本应用 不包含 向第三方传输您个人图片或文件的功能。如果应用中集成了第三方统计分析或崩溃收集SDK，该SDK可能会收集设备型号、操作系统版本等通用设备信息，但其 无法访问或收集您处理的图片内容。
5. 信息存储与安全
- 存储地点：您的所有图片和作品数据 均仅存储在您的本地设备中，不会传输至任何外部服务器。
- 安全措施：我们致力于使用操作系统提供的安全机制保护您的数据安全。由于所有数据均在本地，请您妥善保管您的个人设备。

- 管理您的数据：您可以随时在设备的“照片”或“文件”应用中查看、编辑或删除您使用本应用生成的所有作品。
- 撤回权限：您可以随时在设备的系统“设置”中关闭我们已申请的存储或相机权限。

本应用主要面向成年人使用。若您是18周岁以下的未成年人，请在父母或监护人指导下使用，并确保已获得其同意。

10. 关于广告与跟踪的特别说明
10.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
根据Apple的要求，在iOS 14.5及以上版本中，本应用会在首次启动或需要时，通过系统弹窗向您请求 跟踪权限，以允许我们访问您的设备广告标识符（IDFA）并在其他应用和网站中跟踪您的活动用于广告投放。您可以选择“允许”或“要求App不跟踪”。
- 如果您选择“要求App不跟踪”，我们将无法访问您的IDFA，也不会将您的信息用于跨应用跟踪或定向广告投放。但这不会影响您正常使用本应用的核心拼图功能。
10.2 用户控制
您随时可以在设备的“设置” > “隐私与安全性” > “跟踪”中，为 MergeEasy 打开或关闭跟踪权限，或管理所有应用的跟踪许可。

我们作为应用开发者，对应用内集成的所有代码（包括AdMob SDK）的数据收集行为负有责任。我们已依据Google官方文档，在App Store Connect中如实披露了数据收集类型。

MergeEasy (hereinafter referred to as “this App” or “we”) is a picture stitching and processing tool. We take your privacy and personal information protection very seriously. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use this App.
Please read and fully understand this policy carefully before using this App. By using this App, you signify that you have fully understood and agreed to the terms of this policy.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
We understand the importance of your personal information, therefore we adhere to the principles of data minimization and local-first processing.
1.1 Local Data Processing (Core Functions)
The core functions of this App are image stitching, watermarking, and PDF export. All images, screenshots, and generated works (stitched images, PDF files) you select are processed and stored solely on your local device. We do not upload these images or files to our servers or any third-party servers.
- Storage Permission: When you select images from your gallery for stitching, or save generated images/PDFs to your local gallery/file directory, we need your authorization for Storage / Photo Library permission. These operations are performed locally on your device.
- Camera Permission: If you choose to take photos directly with your camera for stitching, we need your Camera permission. The captured photo is used only for the current stitching task and will not be uploaded.
1.2 Advertising Services and Data Collection
To provide you with a free and high-quality service, this App integrates the Google AdMob advertising SDK. When you use this App, this SDK may automatically collect and use the following types of data for ad delivery and performance evaluation:
- Device Information: including the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS), device model, operating system version, etc. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is mainly used to show you more relevant advertising content.
- Location Information: the SDK may collect your IP address and infer the approximate geographic location of your device (e.g., country or city) for regional ad targeting.
- Usage Data and Interaction Information: including app launch logs, crash logs, and your interactions with ads (e.g., ad views, clicks). This data helps us and Google improve ad performance and user experience.
Important Note: The collection and processing of all the above data are carried out by the Google AdMob SDK, and we do not actively collect such information. We have reviewed Google’s privacy manifest and confirm that its data collection practices comply with Apple’s requirements. You can manage ad tracking permissions in your device “Settings”.
1.3 Non-essential Device Information Collection
Since the core functions of this App run entirely locally without requiring network access, we generally do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as name, phone number, location, etc.).
- Device Permissions: To ensure local storage of your works, we request the storage permissions mentioned above. On newer Android/iOS systems, we may request
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permission for efficient image selection from your gallery.
- Logs and Crash Reports: To continuously improve the app experience, we may use third-party tools (e.g., Umeng, Bugly) to collect anonymous crash logs and statistical information. Such information cannot identify any specific individual and is used solely for performance analysis.
2. Permissions Explanation
To provide specific services, this App requires some permissions from your device. We will explain and obtain your consent via pop-up before accessing them. You can withdraw these permissions at any time in system settings, but this may affect the related functions.
- Read/Write Storage: Read images from your device for stitching; save stitched images or PDFs locally.

- Camera: Allows you to take photos directly and import them into a stitching task.

3. Subscription and Purchase Information
This App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., monthly/annual plans) to unlock premium features. For the specific subscription rules (auto-renewal, cancellation, free trials, etc.), please refer to our Terms of Use.
All payments are securely processed by app store platforms such as Apple ID / Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card number, bank account, or payment credentials (financial information).
To provide the subscription service and support purchase restoration, we verify your purchase receipt/transaction token through the app store’s official APIs and process the following non-financial purchase information:
- Subscription type and status: e.g., monthly/annual plan, validity and expiration date, used to determine your premium entitlements;
- Transaction identifiers: e.g., transaction ID and order number (derived from a randomly generated anonymous device identifier), used to prevent duplicate orders and support purchase restoration;
- Purchase history: to protect your rights, we may record your subscription and purchase history on our servers (no financial information).
Important: The purchase information above is used solely to provide the subscription service and protect your account rights. It is not used for targeted advertising, nor shared with any third party. Even if you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, your purchased subscription features will not be affected.
4. Third-Party Services
This App does not include functionality to transmit your personal images or files to third parties. If third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs are integrated, they may collect generic device information such as device model and OS version, but they cannot access or collect the image content you process.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Storage Location: All your images and work data are stored solely on your local device and are not transmitted to any external servers.
- Security Measures: We strive to use the security mechanisms provided by the operating system to protect your data. Since all data is stored locally, please safeguard your personal device.
6. Your Rights
- Manage Your Data: You can view, edit, or delete all works generated by this App at any time in your device’s “Photos” or “Files” app.
- Withdraw Permissions: You can withdraw the storage or camera permissions we have requested at any time in your device’s system “Settings”.
7. Children’s Privacy
This App is intended for use by adults. If you are under 18, please use it under the guidance of a parent or guardian and ensure that you have obtained their consent.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of material changes, we will notify you through in-app announcements or other appropriate means. We recommend that you review it periodically for the latest information.

10. Special Notes on Advertising and Tracking
10.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
As required by Apple, on iOS 14.5 and above, this App will request tracking permission via a system pop-up upon first launch or when needed, to allow us to access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and track your activity across other apps and websites for ad delivery. You may choose “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track”.
- If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, we will not be able to access your IDFA, nor will your information be used for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising. This will not affect your normal use of the core stitching features.
10.2 User Control
You can turn tracking permission for MergeEasy on or off at any time in your device “Settings” > “Privacy & Security” > “Tracking”, or manage permissions for all apps.
10.3 Legal Responsibility Statement
As the app developer, we are responsible for the data collection practices of all code integrated into this App (including the AdMob SDK). We have truthfully disclosed the data collection types in App Store Connect in accordance with Google’s official documentation.
