ClearEasy（以下简称“本应用”或“我们”）是一款智能相册清理工具。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读以下使用条款（以下简称“条款”）。通过下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意遵守这些条款。如果您不同意，请勿使用本应用。
1. 许可与使用范围
我们授予您一项个人、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，允许您在符合本条款的前提下，在您的移动设备上使用本应用。本应用仅供个人、非商业用途使用。您不得：
- 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、拆解或试图获取其源代码；
- 复制、修改、分发、出租、租赁、转授权或转让本应用的任何部分；
- 删除或修改本应用中的任何版权、商标或其他所有权声明；
- 将本应用用于任何非法、欺诈或未经授权的目的。
2. 用户内容与责任
本应用允许您访问和处理您设备中的照片、视频等媒体文件（以下简称“用户内容”）。您对您的用户内容负全部责任，并保证：
- 您拥有或已获得处理这些内容的必要权利和许可；
- 您的用户内容不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、隐私权、肖像权或其他合法权益；
- 您的用户内容不违反任何适用法律，不包含诽谤、淫秽、骚扰、仇恨言论或其他不当内容。
重要说明：我们不会审查、控制或编辑您的用户内容，也不对其内容负责。所有扫描和分析均在本地设备完成，我们不会存储或备份您的用户内容。您须自行承担删除操作的责任，删除后无法恢复。
3. 订阅与付费功能
本应用可能提供自动续费的订阅服务（周付 / 年付），以解锁高级功能。具体订阅选项及价格以应用内显示为准。
- 付款：所有付款将通过 Apple ID 或 Google Play 账户安全处理。我们不会接收或存储您的信用卡号、银行账户或支付凭证。
- 自动续费：订阅将自动续期，除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费功能。
- 取消：您可随时通过 Apple ID 账户设置或 Google Play 账户设置管理或取消订阅。取消后，已付费的订阅期仍可正常使用至期满。
- 免费试用：如提供免费试用（本应用为 7 天，具体以购买页显示为准），试用期结束后将自动转为付费订阅，除非您提前取消。如您在试用期内购买正式订阅，免费试用的未使用部分将被没收。
4. 免费版本
免费版本可能包含广告，并提供有限的功能。高级功能需要有效的订阅。我们保留随时调整免费和付费功能范围的权利。
5. 知识产权
本应用（包括但不限于其代码、界面设计、图标、标识和架构）的所有知识产权均归我们或我们的许可方所有。您使用本应用并不赋予您对本应用或其任何部分的所有权或知识产权。您通过本应用生成的扫描结果或清理建议，其版权仍归您所有，但该结果的生成依赖于本应用，我们不对其准确性或合法性承担任何责任。
6. 广告与第三方服务
本应用的免费版可能包含由 Google AdMob 等第三方提供的广告。您与广告商的互动、以及可能由此产生的任何交易或服务，均为您与第三方之间的行为，我们不对此承担任何责任。有关广告数据收集的详细信息，请参阅我们的 隐私政策。
7. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的保证。 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下事项承担责任：
- 本应用是否无错误、不间断或完全安全；
- 本应用是否适用于您的特定目的；
- 因使用本应用而导致的任何数据丢失、设备损坏或利润损失；
- 第三方通过本应用提供的任何内容或服务的准确性、可靠性或完整性。
8. 责任限制

ClearEasy (hereinafter “this App” or “we”) is a smart photo and storage cleaning tool. Please read these Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) carefully before using this App. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this App.
1. License and Scope of Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this App on your mobile device, subject to these Terms. This App is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of this App;
- Copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer any part of this App;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in this App;
- Use this App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
2. User Content and Responsibility
This App allows you to access and process photos, videos, and other media files on your device (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to process such content;
- Your User Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws, and does not contain defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material.
Important Note: We do not review, control, or edit your User Content, and we are not responsible for it. All scanning and analysis are performed locally on your device; we do not store or back up your User Content. You are solely responsible for deletion actions, which cannot be undone.
3. Subscriptions and Paid Features
This App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly/yearly plans) to unlock premium features. Specific subscription options and prices are as shown within the App.
- Payment: All payments are processed securely through your Apple ID or Google Play account. We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank account, or payment credentials.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, you will still have access to the paid features until the end of the current subscription period.
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered (7 days for this App, as shown on the purchase sheet), it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. If you purchase a paid subscription during the free trial, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited.
4. Free Version
The free version may contain advertisements and provide limited features. Premium features require an active subscription. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of free and paid features at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this App (including but not limited to its code, interface design, icons, logos, and architecture) are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of this App does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in this App or any part thereof. The copyright in the scan results or clean-up suggestions generated by you through this App remains with you, but the generation of such results relies on this App, and we assume no responsibility for their accuracy or legality.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The free version of this App may contain advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Your interactions with advertisers, and any transactions or services that may result from such interactions, are solely between you and the third party, and we assume no responsibility for them. For details on ad data collection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
THIS APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR:
- Whether the App is error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure;
- Whether the App is suitable for your particular purpose;
- Any loss of data, device damage, or loss of profits resulting from use of the App;
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or services provided by third parties through the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, actions, damages, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of this App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
These Terms are effective from your first use of this App and continue until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms by uninstalling this App from your device. If you violate any provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to this App immediately and without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated version within the App or notify you through other appropriate means. Your continued use of this App constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically for the latest information.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/region where you downloaded or purchased this App (i.e., your app store market), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this App shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction.
